Rebounding is an astonishingly low-impact cardio workout that improves circulation and increases lymph flow by 15 to 30 times. A Nasa study in 1980 claimed that it offers a workout that’s up to 68% more efficient than running. By activating the Lymph system, Rebounding helps your body detox quicker and more efficiently.


2. Boosts your Immune System

Periods of poor diet, relative inactivity and stress can put a strain on the lymphatic system and contribute to it becoming sluggish thus lowering the immune system.
