We host a range of pregnancy and post natal mum and baby exercise classes
MUM & BABY FITNESS
Get back into fitness after your pregnancy, and join the biggest community of new mums in SW London! We offer the greatest variety of postnatal mum and baby fitness classes in London: daily classes include mum and baby barre, mum and baby Pilates, mum and baby yoga, and CariFit, the original baby wearing workout.
MUM TO BE CLASSES
Keep fit during your pregnancy at one of our prenatal specific exercise classes.
Our weekly schedule includes Pregnancy Yoga, Pregnancy Pilates and Maternally Fit (a cardio conditioning pregnancy classes lead by physiotherapists instructors).
We advise our mums to be to start attending these classes from the 2nd trimester.

We have a creche on site!
The creche is located in our cosy soft play room and is open Monday to Friday 8.30 - 12.30.
Open to members and non - members.
Kettlebells classes offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. It's a high-intensity, ballistic workout guaranteed to make you sweat! Mix it up with one of our combo classes, Kettlebells and Cycle and Kettlebells Bootcamp.
